Nike Unveils New Super Eagles Jerseys Ahead Of Friendly Tournament

Nike has launched new home and away jerseys for Nigeria’s national football team, the Nigeria national football team, ahead of the team’s upcoming international fixtures.

The new kits were announced on Monday through the team’s official social media platforms, with the release coming as supporters continue to reflect on Nigeria’s failure to qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The home jersey features a light green base combined with darker green side panels and a dotted gradient pattern, with the crest of the Nigeria Football Federation and Nike logo prominently displayed.

According to the manufacturer, the design continues the team’s established identity of producing bold styles that connect football culture with street fashion.

The away kit adopts a white base, highlighted by green flame-inspired patterns stretching across the front, back, and sleeves.

It also includes a dark green V-shaped collar and black-edged sleeve cuffs.

Nike said both jerseys are produced with performance-focused fabric using Dri-FIT technology and sustainable materials.

The adult version of the kit is priced at 109.99 pounds, while children’s versions are listed at 84.99 pounds.

The release comes as Nigeria prepares for a four-nation friendly tournament involving Jordan, Iran, and Costa Rica.

Despite the presence of leading players such as Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman, the Super Eagles did not secure qualification for the expanded World Cup to be hosted by the United States, Mexico, and Canada after losing to DR Congo national football team in the playoff stage.
