Chelsea Set For Historic Fan Engagement Visit To Lagos

Chelsea F.C. have confirmed plans to visit Lagos for the first time as part of the club’s international supporter outreach programme, The Famous CFC, later this May.

The visit forms part of the 2025/26 global fan engagement schedule and is being organised in partnership with MSport, the club’s official betting partner in Africa.

Former Nigeria national football team winger Victor Moses is expected to lead the Lagos event, where he will meet supporters and participate in activities designed to celebrate Chelsea’s following in Nigeria.

According to the club, the Lagos edition will feature a weekend programme that includes a fan watch party, interactive sessions with Moses and opportunities for supporters to win signed memorabilia.

Chelsea said the event represents the fifth stop of its international fan initiative this season, with the programme expanded to reach more cities around the world.

The club noted that the Lagos outing is intended to strengthen its relationship with supporters in one of its largest fan communities globally.

Victor Moses remains a notable figure among Chelsea supporters after his contribution to the club’s 2016/17 league-winning campaign under former manager Antonio Conte.

He also enjoyed a successful international career with Nigeria, featuring in the country’s 2013 Africa Cup of Nations triumph and appearances at the 2014 and 2018 FIFA World Cups.

The Lagos visit is expected to attract large numbers of Chelsea supporters as the club closes out another season of global fan engagement
