The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has announced the release of results for candidates who sat for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) on Monday, April 20.
Candidates who participated in the examination on that date have been advised to check their results through the board’s approved channels.
The development was disclosed on Tuesday by JAMB’s Public Communications Adviser, Fabian Benjamin, via his official X platform.
The latest batch represents the fourth set of results released since the commencement of the nationwide examination exercise.
The board had earlier made available results of candidates who wrote the UTME on Friday, April 17, and Saturday, April 18, with a combined total of 1,264,940 results from the two days.
It also previously released 632,752 results for candidates who sat the examination on Thursday, April 16.
With the inclusion of the newly released results, the cumulative total has now exceeded 1,897,692.
JAMB reiterated that candidates can access their results by sending “UTMERESULT” to 55019 or 66019 using the same phone number used during registration.
The board maintained that the phased release is part of its ongoing process to ensure timely access to results as the examination continues across the country.
