The National Examinations Council is scheduled to release the results of the 2025 Senior School Certificate Examination External on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
Details of the planned announcement were contained in an internal circular signed by NECO’s Acting Director of Information and Public Relations and obtained by reporters.
According to the notice, the council’s Registrar and Chief Executive, Professor Dantani Ibrahim Wushishi, will formally present the results at 10:45 a.m., with staff directed to assemble shortly before the event.
The SSCE External is written largely by private candidates seeking secondary school certification outside the conventional school system. NECO conducts the examination to give opportunities to candidates who missed the internal examination or wish to improve previous results.
