The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Taraba State has pledged equal opportunities for new members and defectors from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and other political groups, assuring them of full inclusion in party activities.
Speaking in Serti, Gashaka Local Government Area, APC State Chairman Ibrahim El-Sudi said the party remains open, progressive, and committed to allowing all members to contribute meaningfully in roles that best suit their abilities.
The gathering also featured the reopening of the party secretariat for the Gashaka, Kurmi, and Sardauna Federal Constituency. The office was renovated by aspirant Fanuel Lawrence, who used the occasion to encourage residents and party supporters to take an active role in the electoral process. Lawrence stressed the importance of obtaining voter cards, casting votes, and ensuring their voices are represented.
He also appealed for unity among party leaders and members, noting that collective effort remains essential for strengthening the APC and improving its chances in future elections.
